CHAS is established as the market leader for health and safety pre-qualification in the UK. It is a non-commercial scheme available to suppliers (those who provide goods and services) and to organisations (buyers) looking for suitably competent suppliers.
SAFEcontractor is the fastest growing health and safety accreditation scheme in the UK, with more than 150 major clients and almost 18,000 contractor members. Registered members with the SAFEcontractor scheme include clients and contractors from a wide range of professional disciplines working within a number of industry sectors.
Construction Line is the UK’s largest register of pre-qualified construction services. It streamlines procedures by supplying the construction industry and its clients with a single national pre-qualification scheme.
Gas Safe Register is the official body for gas safety in United Kingdom, Isle of Man and Guernsey. This means that whenever a gas engineer carries out work on your property, by law they must be on the Gas Safe Register. Gas safety in the home and workplace is not something you can compromise. If you don’t have your gas appliances checked by a Gas Safe registered engineer you are risking your life. The Gas Safe Register exists to ensure gas safety for you, your family and your property.

FMB is a trade association established 70 years ago to protect the interests of small and medium-sized building firms – today it is the largest trade association in the UK building industry.
NICEIC is the UK electrical contracting industry’s independent voluntary body. BDMA is committed to responding to the insurers’ need for contractors to work to recognised standards. With the aim of continually raising industry standards the Association contributes to a number of insurance led think tanks and wider research initiatives. As the certifying authority for recovery and restoration practitioners BDMA members gain professional accreditation through a tiered examination system.
